    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Qualification: Any Graduation
    • Experience: 2-4 years
    • Salary Budget:5 LPA - 4 LPA
    • Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
    • Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or a Maximum of 15 Days

    Key Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities include:

    • - Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and procurement

    of office supplies.

    • - Maintain and organize office documents and databases.
    • - Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, ensuring a professional

    and welcoming experience.

    • - Schedule and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Calendar.
    • - Manage housekeeping staff and oversee office maintenance personnel (e.g., electricians,

    plumbers).

    • - Ensure a clean and functional office environment.
    • - Coordinate tea and coffee arrangements for the team and visitors.
    • - Assist team members with scheduling and minor logistical tasks.
    • - Proficient in using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other office management tools.
    • - Adapt to and learn new technologies as required for office efficiency.
    • - Organize and prepare the office for meetings, ensuring all required materials and

    refreshments are available.

    • - Act as a liaison between the team and external service providers.

    Key Requirements

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • - Prior experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
    • - Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
    • - Fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada is essential, and Hindi is an added advantage.
    • - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • - Proactive, grounded, and approachable demeanor.
    • - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
