Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Jewelry Procurement and Retail Operations specialist. This role involves sourcing jewelry from manufacturers, managing our retail store operations, and staying ahead of market trends to ensure competitive pricing and product offerings. Key Responsibilities: Procure jewelry items by identifying and negotiating with manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers. Oversee daily operations of our retail store in Vijayawada, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to source trendy and cost-effective products. Set pricing strategies based on market standards and wholesale costs. Participate in expos and exhibitions, assisting in organizing and managing pop-up stalls. Manage and oversee our B2C e-commerce application, including product uploads, descriptions, and promotional updates. . Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our product offerings and retail strategies. Qualifications: Strong interest and zeal for the jewelry and fashion industry. Experience in procurement, retail management, or related fields is a plus. Ability to stay updated on market trends and analyze competitor strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Willingness to participate in expos and travel as needed.
