Job Description
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports in compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Maintaining proper statutory records & working.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Computation of advance Corporate Tax.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and report on budget performance, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Well versed with Statutory Compliances (GST, TDS, TCS, PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF)
- Timely filing of all the Statutory reports.
- Co-ordinating with the Consultants & provide accurate data for statutory filings.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity.
- Assist in investment planning and management of financial resources.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance team members.
- Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams regarding financial matters.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Implement best practices in financial management and reporting
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
