About the Role As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Responsibility Financial Transactions: Record & verify day-to-day financial transactions. Verify, allocate, and post transactions in the accounting system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Process invoices and expense reports. Prepare and send invoices to customers. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies. Monitor and manage petty cash. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement). Generate and analyze financial reports for management. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor budgetary performance and report variances. Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation of tax returns. Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations. Requirements Generate accurate monthly reports, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders. Understand GST/TDS regulations. Prepare returns and handle tax reconciliation processes. Experience with Zoho and Tally ERP for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. Strong interpersonal skills to assist and collaborate with team members, offering guidance and support. Calculate revenue margins, monitor profits, and identify areas for improvement in financial processes. Knowledge of PF, TDS, PT returns, and handling audits to ensure legal compliance. Reconcile accounting entries across software platforms and verify invoices and purchase orders. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and auditors. Stay updated on accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices. Background Education: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in an accounting or finance role. Familiarity with accounting software. Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA may be a plus. CA Finalist will also be a plus. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights. Benefits Flexible work schedule.
