Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across departments. Manage the recruitment process from job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, to offer negotiation. Maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and coordinating with internal teams. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies. HR Operations: Maintain employee records and HRIS database with up-to-date and accurate information. Support payroll administration, ensuring accurate data for salary processing. Assist with employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and surveys. Ensure smooth communication between employees and management, addressing any HR-related concerns. Handle HR documentation (e.g., employee contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions). Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives. Coordinate training and development programs for employee skill enhancement. General HR Support: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance on HR issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Stay updated on best practices in HR and relevant employment laws and regulations. Contribute to continuous process improvements within HR functions.
