Job Description
- Head-Finance & Accounts Preferably experience in a Public Limited Company. Reporting To: Director & VP Qualification: CA Experience Minimum 10 Years SALARY UPTO 25.00 LPA Role & Responsibilities: Budget preparation and analysis for the future direction, develop financial and tax strategies for optimal cash flow. Monitor and analyze financial data, providing actionable insights. Ensure legal compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Act as the primary contact for statutory auditors. Prepare and submit financial statements, addressing auditor queries. Lead the finalization of accurate and complete financial statements. Controlling Oversee accounting and overview. Implement and oversee stock audit procedures. Review and prepare system for effective stock management. Liaison with bank and financial institutions, prepare and assist in presentation of all financial reports to the management. Desired Candidate Profile: Chartered. Accountant (CA) qualification. Possess high knowledge of all statutory compliances. Preferably experience in a Public Limited Company. Ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional teams. Good knowledge of MS Office Good verbal & Written Communication Should have exp of handling a team.
