Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, understanding client objectives, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and supervise insurance agents. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets. Monitor performance and provide regular reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
