Analytical Product Engineering is responsible for FactSet s industry leading Portfolio, Risk, Quantitative, and Fixed Income products. These products are used by thousands of Asset Managers around the world every day to assist with investment decisions, analysis of performance, risk management, and the presentation of results. Analytical Product Engineering s product space represents a high growth opportunity for FactSet.

The Performance and Reporting Group is currently seeking a talented individual to take on a senior development role within the team. The team is responsible for the development, enhancement and support of tools that helps client to facilitate the time-consuming task of producing many month-end and quarter-end reports. The reports required by the Product Development team to deliver high quality analytics to FactSet s clients.In this position, the engineer will be participating as an individual contributor,delivering high quality work and mentoring less experienced engineers within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new versions of Portfolio DashBoard Application

• Potentially develop enhancements and provide fixes to existing applications

• Work with Product Development to understand project requirements and work with other engineers on the technical design of those solutions

• Provide regular project status updates to Team Lead

• Provide project status updates to stakeholder

Required Skills:

• 4-7 years of industry experience

• Experience in Full stack Web Development

• Good Experience in Front End Technologies like Angular 1.X,VueJS,ReactJS

• Experience in building NodeJS based restful API/services

• Design experience with multi-tier scalable web architectures

• Experience in NoSQl database will be a plus

• Experience in ES5/ES6 will be a plus

• Nice to have experience in C++ and Object-Oriented design principles

• Experience building Restful services
