Job Overview We seek a talented and experienced Android Developer to join our team at Kaarlo Training & HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Tiruchirappalli. The ideal candidate will possess essential skills in Android SDK and have a strong understanding of Java, Kotlin, and other relevant technologies. Qualifications And Skills Proficient in Android SDK (Mandatory skill) Strong proficiency in Java with a deep understanding of its syntax and core libraries Experience in Kotlin, leveraging its full potential and advanced features Expertise in XML for designing robust and scalable Android applications Hands-on experience with Firebase for real-time databases and analytics Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to build intuitive user interfaces Competent in SQLite for efficient local storage solutions within Android apps Roles And Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Android applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Work with external APIs and third-party libraries to integrate functionalities Troubleshoot and fix bugs to improve application performance and user experience Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Android development Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers when necessary,
