Job Description

We are looking for bright and passionate Test Automation Engineer with experience in:
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and quality assurance engineers, to understand software requirements and design test cases.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and identify and report software defects.
- Participate in test planning and strategy discussions to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Continuously improve and optimize test automation frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation and identify opportunities for adoption.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in test automation best practices and techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software test automation using Python.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming language and its libraries/frameworks commonly used for test automation (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium WebDriver).
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, Git, and JUnit.
- Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools.
- Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scripts.
- Experience in testing web applications, APIs, or mobile applications.
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java or C#.
- Familiarity with test management tools like Jira or TestRail.
