Role & responsibilities :

  • Recruitment & Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for open positions. Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
  • Job Postings: Create clear and engaging job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate platforms. Ensure job postings are updated and accurate.
  • Screening & Interviews: Review resumes and applications, screen candidates, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Provide timely feedback to candidates and assist them through all stages of recruitment.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team culture to ensure an effective and accurate hiring process.
  • Offer Management: Prepare job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Ensure that all hiring documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and diversity metrics, to measure recruitment success and optimize processes.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the companys culture and values through recruitment activities and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Any Graduate or under graduate can apply
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Basic Knowledge into Human Resource / Recruitment
