Minimum skill set expected

• Graduate in Mechanical Engg. with 5 years hands on experience in Mechanical Design and drafting using CAD Tools, (SolidWorks / ProE)
• Experience in design of casting and machined Parts
• Assessment of manufactured parts with respect to design (drawing) deviations.
• Good understanding of GD&T, Tolerance stack up analysis, Drawing interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Hands on experience working on operation support engineering, Casting/ Machining drawings, MRB activities.
• Experience in part inspection, first article inspection report reviews, interpretation of inspection reports.
• Experience using PLM tools.
• Experience in preparing technical justification reports for the dimensional deviations and effects on part functionality in MS word
• Ability to handle US customers with good communication skills
• Work independently with minimum supervision
