Job Description

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will be accountable for:

Data Science: Supporting the Data Science with their changes, owning and ensuring Service Fundamentals are effectively managed for the Data Science teams with their projects and AI projects

NBA: Supporting the Digital area improvements and automation of existing manual ops UW or Broker activities

Schemes: Supporting the implementation of Ops UW processes into Salesforce workflows

Other regular BA activities

Skills

Must have

Skills Required:

Minimum of 5 years of "Business Analysis" experience

Experience of Insurance (GI

Commercial insurance preferable; Insurance Commercial Schemes)

BA skills (self-sufficient, does not need close guidance / hand holding)

Data Science and AI

Governance / Service Fundamentals (protecting service when implementing changes/projects)

Acturis system

Salesforce workflows

Experience of multiple projects

Agile

Nice to have

Previous experience in London Markets group or Aviva would be a plus, but not obligatory
