The role of a Sr. Accounts Assistant is to ensure that the tasks assigned are completed on time, accurately and completely
He is responsible for following all the agreed processes and procedures diligently and without any requirement for follow up from his line manager
His responsibility includes attending all training programs assigned to him, attend periodic team meetings, feedback sessions and to seek clarifications where the process or deliverables are unclear to him.
He is responsible to ensure that his attendance is regular and his absences are planned.
Requirements:
Min. 4 + years experience in Accounting (Min 2 year as AR Senior Accounts Assistant)
University degree preferably in finance and accounting
Knowledge of tax - TDS, GST, VAT
MS Office - Excel, Word
Very good knowledge of AR processes
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to focus on priorities, timely and effective work execution
Experience in managing teams as an advantage
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand and deal with dynamic business needs
Experience in working in international environment
Preferred if join immediately or in short notice
