Job Description

    Main activities Demonstrates Lean Agile Leadership Collaborate with stakeholders like Business Owners, Architects, Release Train Engineers and Product Managers in defining the vision and Product road-map Contributes in preparing the Release Plan / Program Increment (PI) Plan Defines the iteration objectives Asses value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation. Coordinates and synchronizes with other Product Owners, part of the same Agile Release Train Defines the Defines Definition of Done & Definition of Ready Ensure the quality of user stories by validating the user stories Domain Background Overall understanding of Aircraft systems (preferably Aircraft Conditioning & Monitoring systems) Understanding of aircraft communication protocols (ARINC 429, ARINC 741, etc.) Ability to analyze & process big data Skills required Certified Product Owner - Scaled Agile Framework Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe / Scrum / Kanban) Project management Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Creative thinker Strategic thinking Basic exposure to software development competencies. Overall understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Basic exposure to digital technologies such as - Data Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, IOT & Big Data etc. Education qualification - BE / B. Tech / M. Tech. / MBA Experience: 8 -10 Years
