Job Description

Were looking for an Associate Wine & Spirits to help elevate our airlines beverage offerings. In this role, youll support the development of a premium wine and spirits program that enhances the passenger experience, curating and sourcing top-quality selections to complement onboard dining. Key Responsibilities: Curate and source a diverse range of premium wines and spirits. Collaborate with the Menu Development team to create innovative pairings. Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective, high-quality deals. Assist in training cabin crew on beverage service and service standards. Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations. Skills & Experience: Education: Graduate in Hotel Management, WSET Level 2 certification. Experience: 5+ years in the wine & spirits or F&B industry, with expertise in quality evaluation and food pairings. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of cocktail/mocktail preparation.,
