Job Description

Looking for Someone who has Experience in conducting credit operations of business loans in Banks/NBFC minimum 2 years .

Credit Operations

We are looking for a dynamic Credit Operation with excellent written & communication skills to join our fast-growing team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in setting up credit operations procedures, SOPs, and implementation of the same.
  • Creating and reviewing process for efficiency improvement, ensuring procedures are properly followed.
  • Finding scope for automation to reduce TAT & higher accuracy. Identifying possible Error areas and automated tracking of Error rates.
  • Identifying Conversion metric, performance metric, quality metric.
  • Ensure employees are adequately trained to perform their job duties and provide cross-function support of their peers.
  • Manage, coordinate and direct the daily operations of credit team, assigning their work and setting workflow priorities, introducing them to new procedures and tracking their performance.
  • Create an inclusive working environment that engages employees while managing day-to-day performance functions.
  • Provide leadership and coordinate the 3rd party oversight processes to ensure vendors performance meets expectations.
  • Provide oversight for Management control.
  • Provide strategic and tactical implementation expertise.
  • Provide insights on capacity planning and recommendations on staffing.
  • Acts as advocate for the client experience using resources and analytical techniques to investigate and evaluate complex issues which may be outside of policy/process/procedural guidelines in order to satisfy the client needs/client escalation, as applicable.
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Credit business workflows and system functionalities.
    • Assist in managing the credit event cycle for different types of events from inception to the event being processed.

    Key Requirements

    • Graduate or MBA.
    • Experience in conducting credit operations of business loans in Banks/NBFC minimum 2 years (mandatory)
    • Experience in secured mortgage business loan products will be an added advantage.
    • Past-experience in Fin-tech will be an added advantage.
    • Willing to work with a managed market place (not a direct lender)
    • Skilled in using MS-Office.
