Job Description
URGENT HIRING FOR FEMALES IN VOICE OUTBOUND PROCESS (US PROCESS)
Educational Qualification:
Intermediate, Under Graduate or Graduate are suitable for this job. Agents with regular classes wont be good.
Effective Communication Skills:
Communication doesn't just mean speaking English but active listening & understanding of customer concerns, digesting the information & conveying a solution quickly & effectively.
Knowledge Retention:
They need to be able to learn & memorize a good amount of information about Our Company, Client organization & product we will deal with. They need to be quick learner.
Clear Communication:
Agents need to strike a balance between giving thorough answers, using a professional vocabulary, being conversational & approachable all at the same time.
Flexible:
Agents interact with different customers with challenging personalities. They should be able to handle a chatty customer one moment and an angry customer the next. They should be flexible enough to meet the need of diverse customer base.
Calm under Pressure:
A good agent will remain calm when someone is yelling at them or when they have a chatty cust. Who simply wont let them get a word. Keeping their cool throughout all of these situations is the key factor. How they handle pressure is one of the important question to ask during interview.
Stability:
Agents must be willing to join our organization for long term. Those who are in search for job just for 2-3 months or those who switch job every 6 months are not suitable. They must enjoy working in BPO industry & not just joining because they cant find any other job.
Brief training will be given regarding Soft Skills, Empathy, promptness & creativity. However, We do need to check whether agent have potential interest in learning & growing or just not adaptable to change.
Salary Package :
There is no cap on salary. Candidates will get as per the experience.
No cab Facility.

Timing: 9pm to 6am
