Role Overview:
Homes Territory is seeking a motivated Residential Rental Sales Executive to manage rental transactions in Mahadevapura & Whitefield. This is a work-from-home role where you will oversee a team of 3 field sales executives and 10 tele sales representatives to drive rental sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a remote team of 3 field sales executives and 10 tele sales reps to meet targets.
• Oversee rental property sales, ensuring smooth negotiations between tenants and owners.
• Improve lead conversion rates and drive successful deal closures.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and partners.
• Conduct site visits when needed and close deals effectively.
• Track performance, manage reports, and ensure revenue growth.

Key Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in real estate rental sales or property leasing.
• Strong team management skills and ability to lead remotely.
• Knowledge of the Mahadevapura & Whitefield rental markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
