Non-IT Recruitment Specialist Healthcare Industry
We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of independently handling recruitment for various non-IT roles within the healthcare industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of client requirements, sourcing strategies, and effective candidate selection.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process for non-IT positions within the healthcare sector, ensuring timely and effective closures for various roles.
- Thoroughly understand job descriptions and requirements for each position shared by the client, ensuring clarity on skill sets, qualifications, and experience.
Client Interaction and Requirement Gathering:
- Engage with clients to better understand their specific hiring needs and challenges.
- Act as a point of contact for client queries, clarifying recruitment expectations and providing regular updates on progress.
Sourcing Quality Candidates:
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), headhunting, and direct outreach, to find suitable candidates from target organizations in the healthcare space.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the healthcare industry, ensuring the selection of candidates who meet both the technical and cultural requirements of the client.
Candidate Screening and Interviewing:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and suitability for the roles.
- Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout the process, providing them with detailed job descriptions and feedback.
Handling Multiple Positions and Industries:
- Manage and prioritize multiple job openings simultaneously across different positions and healthcare sub-sectors, including clinical, administrative, and support roles.
- Apply tailored recruitment strategies to each role and client, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery for each unique requirement.
Collaboration with Team Leader:
- Work closely with the assigned Team Leader, who will act as the mediator between you and the client, providing guidance and support to ensure successful closures of recruitment requirements.
- Regularly communicate with the Team Leader for feedback, strategic adjustments, and updates on the hiring progress.
Time Management:
- Dedicate a minimum of 5-6 hours per day to recruitment activities, ensuring consistent productivity and focus on meeting client requirements and deadlines.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, feedback, and progress, ensuring all recruitment data is captured in the system.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including status reports and recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including common job profiles and required qualifications (e.g., medical staff, healthcare administrators, laboratory technicians, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and professional networks.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
