Looking for ONLY FEMALE candidates with very strong experience in NON IT Recruitment BFSI sector
Working Hours Any 5-6 hrs.
Window period (9:30 AM - 7:30 PM) 6 days working
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in the BFSI sector. This role involves sourcing top talent, client interaction, and managing multiple positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage recruitment for Non-IT roles in BFSI.
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and job profiles.
- Source candidates using job boards, headhunting, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Handle multiple positions with tailored recruitment strategies for various roles.
- Work with the assigned Team Leader to ensure client satisfaction and meet recruitment targets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients throughout the process.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment in BFSI.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills and client relationship management.
