Role & responsibilities
Conducting telephone calls to clients, partners, and stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
Handling incoming and outgoing emails efficiently and promptly.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
Proficiency in using computers and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office,Word,Outlook,Excel)
Maintaining databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
