    Job description Provide onsite technical and customer support for the Installation, Configuration, commissioning, Key operator training, and troubleshooting of Multifunction Printers. Responsible for setting up and installing new Multifunction Printers. Provide routine service and maintenance to Multifunction Printers. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning Multifunction Printers. The technician should perform timely checks and maintenance of all printing equipment. Must have a good understanding of all hardware and software-related issues of printers. The technicians will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products. The Technician must accurately identify and resolve any technical issues and ensure optimum operating condition. The professional must handle customer issues as quickly as possible. Maximize equipment uptime through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Ability to troubleshoot and think independently. Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude. Skills: Minimum 4-6 years Experience in Multifunction Printers. Must possess good customer service and communication skills. Must willing to travel. Provide accurate feedback with close call information, parts usage reporting, and customer meter readings. Must be able to problem-solve, conduct written and verbal communication, and read and comprehend technical information.
