Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage category performance by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain assortment plans to optimize product mix and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, manage promotions, and resolve customer complaints.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.
Prepare MIS reports using advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP) to track key metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in category management or related field.
Strong understanding of assortment planning, buying principles, and retail operations.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) with expertise in VLOOKUP functions.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
