Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)

NP : Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance claims
Assist customers with claim processing, verification, and resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure compliance with industry and company guidelines
Work collaboratively with internal teams for smooth operations
Who Can Apply?
Education: Any graduate
Experience: 1 months 2 years in an international voice process (Claims/Insurance domain preferred)
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
Availability: Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
