Responsibilities :
-Circle HR Manager is responsible for managing all the aspects of HR Functions i.e Hiring , Confirmation, Transfer , Promotion, Payroll, Organization management of respective Region.
-Responsible for handling approx. 12 - 15 stores HR Operations activities .
-Responsible for effective Training and development and Employee engagement Programme across the Circle.
-Responsible to ensure timely execution of various HR Policies and Programs.
-Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and should be fully well versed in all statutory laws and regulations.
-Responsible for statutory compliance
-Responsible to maintain timely basis HR records & Reports
-SPOC from the regional team to Coordinate with Store & Head Office
-Responsible to handle a team of Store HR , Area HR & Regional Recruiters .
