Job Description
Job Title: Execution Engineers Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
Location: Project Site (India & International)
Industry: EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)
Experience: 5-12 Years in Industrial EPC Projects (Steel & Power Sector)
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Execution Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) for EPC industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution experience, ability to read engineering drawings, manpower planning skills, and a disciplined approach to safety, quality, and cost-saving measures. Only candidates with experience in Steel and Power projects should apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Execution: Oversee project execution as per approved engineering drawings and project schedule.
- Manpower & Resource Planning: Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet construction milestones.
- Construction Management: Ensure timely execution of work to meet construction targets.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow safety standards to achieve a zero-accident target at the project site.
- Quality Control: Execute work as per approved quality norms to prevent rework and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.
- Subcontractor Management: Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors and workforce for smooth project execution.
- Billing & Quantity Certification: Certify billing by accurate calculation of executed quantities.
- Coordination & Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Problem-Solving: Address site execution challenges proactively and ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5-12 years of EPC project execution experience in Steel & Power projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Safety Standards: Understanding of EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) protocols at construction sites.
- Quality & Compliance: Familiarity with construction quality norms and industry standards.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
- Billing & Quantity Surveying: Experience in quantity estimation and certification of contractor bills.
- Subcontractor & Team Management: Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
- Soft Skills: Hardworking, honest, disciplined, and strong problem-solving ability.
