Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida. As a Java Technical Manager(IT Services), you will be responsible for overseeing Java development projects and managing a team of developers. Your day-to-day tasks will include leading the software development lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing solutions, ensuring code quality and performance, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Qualifications Strong experience in Java development and software engineering Proven track record of successfully managing Java projects and leading development teams Hands-on experience with Java frameworks and technologies Deep understanding of software development best practices and methodologies Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Excellent communication and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Developer) are a plus,
