Beauty & Spa trainer @ Indus Hospitality

Job Description

- To recruit and train students for western Spa therapies and massages.

- Conduct theory and practical classes on Spa Therapies and Beautician
techniques.

- To co-ordinate with the Principal / branch head in the marketing
activities of the Spa Institute.

- Review curriculum and refine frequently to keep up with the International
standards.

- Co-ordinate with students and clients for the training and placement
activities.

- To source and shortlist applicants for Cruise line interview and also to
assist with the recruitment process post selection of students by Cruise
line clients.

- Apart from the above any duties assigned by the management in purview of
operating SPA training and recruitment processes.

- Desired age between 25 to 40 years.

- Good English Communication with previous training experience minimum for
two years in Spa / beauty industry or minimum five years of Industry
experience.
