Job description: KPO VOICE PROCESS
1.Assisting into HR services.
2.International employees service through calls , chats and emails.
3.Handling client employees.
4.Execute issues and query problem solving resolutions.
5.Identify share support operational improvements.
Interview rounds :
4 ROUNDS
All the interview rounds will be conducted in one day only
Package:
3LPA-3.5LPA-depends on months of experience you hold or you are a fresher.
1. Two way cab
2. Rotational shifts,
3. Two days holidays a week ,5 day working profile
Eligibility:
Fresher's and experienced both can apply
Any graduate is eligible except B TECH and MBA candidates should have atleast 6 months of experience into BPO voice or non voice process .

1.Customer support voice process
2.Non-voice process
3. Back-end support.
4.Proper BPO experience
