Currently, we are hiring for International BPO

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Customer Care Executive(Website process)

Location -Beck Bagan, Kolkata

Salary-10000 to 20000+Travel allowances+incentives

Shift Timing -09.30. p.m. to 06.30 a.m.(Monday- Friday)

The following is JD for CCE(Website Process)

You will be responsible for finding, generating and qualifying new customers for software services.
Making cold calls, creating & sending targeted emails for lead generation
Comfortable initiating conversations with the CXO level.
Capture accurate data about the conversation and Maintain detailed communication documentation
Database Development/ churning, etc of the potential clients.
Proposal writing, follow up, requirement gathering, the link between the development team & client.
Prospect for potential new clients & turn this into increased business.
Good Communication Skill
Good knowledge of computer and internet
Energetic, dynamic with good interpersonal skillJR Technologies
