Location: Mumbai, India (Lower Parel)
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns via voice and email channels, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through voice and email channels.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, providing accurate and complete information.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.
Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time and resolution rate.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a voice process and email support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call/email volumes.
A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.
