Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor client projects and deliverables for accuracy of information and compliance per quality standards
- Provide coaching/feedback to Digital Designers on their assessments with the aim of improving project quality thereby focusing on excellent client experience.
- Partner with Meeting Planners and other stakeholders to share best practices in Digital Services. This could involve creating awareness about the processes, training, optimization, system improvements, communication and liaising with the commercial teams.
- Provide regular performance feedback/trends and insights to Team Leaders and Managers on quality parameters
- Provide best practices to improve overall client experience
- Root cause analysis for failures and provide corrective & preventive measures
- Preparing & analyzing quality reports for management
- Improve existing quality forms, client SOPs, processes, and standards
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors degree with strong academic credentials preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience preferably in the meetings industry, software or other high-tech industr y
- Strong knowledge of Event Tech solutions such as but not limited to Cvent, Bizzabo and Spotme
- Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional listening & analytical skills
- Strong time and task management skills
