Job Description: As the Associate Creative Director, you'll be at the forefront of shaping high-impact creative strategies and overseeing their execution across multiple projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive creative excellence while managing a team of designers and creatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead creative concepts, strategies, and performance for integrated campaigns. Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and translate them into impactful creative deliverables. Conduct thorough brand, user, and competitor research to inform creative strategy. Mentor and lead a team of creative professionals across design disciplines. Drive brainstorming sessions, encouraging innovative and visually compelling ideas. Implement and champion the use of AI tools to enhance team creativity and productivity. Lead client meetings, presenting creative concepts and fostering strong client relationships. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and digital innovations to deliver fresh ideas. Develop high-quality visual content, including designs, layouts, and creative assets for diverse platforms. Collaborate with social media, web development, and account management teams to ensure cohesive and strategic execution. Groom Art Directors for leadership roles and contribute to the professional development of the creative team. Regularly track and report on team growth and development. Skills & Expertise: Strong experience across digital, social media, video, and web design projects. Proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for creative excellence. Proven ability to develop seasonal campaigns, photo shoots, and design concepts. Experience using AI tools like MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Creatopy, Synthesia, Jasper Art, and ChatGPT to enhance creativity. Familiarity with collaborative work platforms like JIRA, Asana, Trello, Wrike, Basecamp, etc., to track productivity. Expertise in video production and UI design is a plus. Profile Requirements: 8+ years in the creative or design domain, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity. Hands-on experience in graphic design, marketing, creative processes, and brand development. Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Graduate or postgraduate degree in design (BFA, BDes, MFA, MDes, or equivalent). Minimum 6 years of experience in an advertising agency setting.,
