Job Title : Dispatch & Billing Executive
Experience --- 5 - 12 years
QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Place of Posting : Sankrail, Dhulagarh( West Bengal)
Joining - Immediate
Payroll - 3rd Party Payroll - (QSS)
Candidates should have experience work as a Dispatch & Billing Executive, in any food industry warehouse, with Strong expertise in SAP & Excel formula for Billing and Logistics
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) The candidate Strong expertise inSAP &Excel formula for Billing and Logistics
2) The candidate has to ensure that sales orders convert into daily dispatches3) Ensure that the diagnostic kits are packed properly and received at distributor's end without any damages
4) Act as a single point of contact for courier vendors and identify the relevant courier service according to the geographical location of distributors
5) Generating bills of the consignment and closely work with the accounts department
6) Update tracking details in excel sheet and sharing them with the concerned sales personnel
7) Close check on stock inflow and outflow
8) Maintaining cold rooms and controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts
9) Preparing sales Invoice and emailing them to the concerned clients, sales and accounts teams
10) Preparing E-Way bills for smooth inter-state transportation of goods
