Job Description
Role/Job Title: Lead-KCC
Business: Rural Banking
Function/ Department: Rural Product
Place of work: Mumbai
Job Purpose:
- The role would be instrumental in:
- Policy modification of KCC to align with industry offerings
- Driving the KCC business
- Support to business team in Operational issues
- Compliance of policies and regulatory guidelines related to product.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Policy and Process: Execution - Updation of existing policies & Processes and formulate new policy parameters and manage processes for KCC
- Managing Operational issues.
- Analytics: Automation of business MIS.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Compliance of policies and regulatory guidelines related to product
Key Success Metrics:
- Business volumes under product, Operational management of processes etc
- Digital adoption, Process and MIS Automation.
Education Qualification:
Post Graduation.
Experience: 8-10years relevant experience
