Job Description

 About The Role :  INDIA'S LEADING BANKING SECTOR IS LOOKING FOR SALES PROFESSIONALS FOR BRANCH BANKING DEPARTMENTS.  Job Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.
  • Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels.
  • Cross-sells bank products to the existing set of Branch customers which are mapped.
  • Informs customers of new products or enhancements to expand the banking relationship further.
  • Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
  • Maintains complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
  • Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
  •  Job Requirements: 
  • Ability to source High-Value Business Banking Accounts
  • Thorough knowledge of Current Account/Trade Account opening/transaction processes
  • Strong Communication skills with an assertive attitude
  • Knowledge of Trade, Forex, and Business Assets Strong follow-up ability & keenness
  • Ability to spot opportunities in the portfolio for Upselling/Xselling bank products
  •  Desired Candidates Profile: 
  • Bachelors degree in any stream
  • Proven Work Sales experience of 3 to 6 + Required from Banking, MF, AMC & Securities Background industries, etc.
  • Age:24 to 35Years
  • Present excellent sales skills
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Powerful negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
