Job Description
- Experience: 7+yrs
- Must have Skill : Dotnet, Dynamic customizations, Microsoft Dynamics CRM,Ms dynamic service module, Ms Dynamics sales
- Experience of custom plugin development in Dataverse is must have along with Good Power Platform (Power App and Power Automate) Developer who can design, build and support ever-growing automation requirements across the units.
- 5-6 years hands-on experience working on Canvas and Model-Driven app.
- Good Knowledge and Experience in Power Platform Environments, Power Platform License, Dataverse, other 3rd party Data Sources (non -CDS), Connectors, DLP Policies, Power Platform Core Framework, Reusable components, Security Roles, etc.
- Hands-on experience in developing Power Automate to support Backend jobs, bulk updates to dataverse, connection to SharePoint, 0365. Etc.
- Knowledge about Microsoft Azure, Office 365 (Azure AD, Groups, SharePoint, One drive, etc.) AWS will be a plus. Along with Authentical protocols like OAuth, Client Credential Flow, App Registration in Azure, etc. will be a added advantage to adapt to the environment.
- Some understanding of governance and architect experience in developing the canvas and model-driven, deep understanding of the Power Platform Limits, Pros & Cons, known Issues, delegation, nested galleries, performance issue and should have developed a commanding knowledge to come up with a workaround.
- Experience in Gathering requirements, developing and deploying applications & solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven App), great communication skills to explain the best possible solution and why one approach is preferred over other; Very strong skill in preparation of Test Scenarios & Test cases, Design Documents.
- Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
- Fundamental knowledge of design patterns
- Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
- Passionate about building great solutions.
- Mentoring the team members to meet the clients needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery.
- Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
