Job Description
Note : Strong experience with Gen AI projects will be given first preference.
Experience in the Financial Services / Capital Markets domain will be an added advantage.
Role Overview:
As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models to solve complex problems and drive innovation across our organization. You will work closely with software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage GenAI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document requirements, workflows, and processes.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring all needs are met.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and strategy.
Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and methodologies to support GenAI projects.
Prepare and deliver clear and concise project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status reports.
Present project updates and findings to stakeholders and senior management.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Min 2-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management.
Demonstrated interest and experience in Generative AI and related technologies.
Extremely detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
