Job Description
- Lead the redesign and development of our Angular web application and mobile applications (Android iOS).
- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Create high-quality, reusable, and maintainable UI components and libraries.
- Develop and implement innovative UI/UX solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of our development processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience with mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or native platforms preferred).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Use of AI in daily workflow would be an added advantage.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
