Job Description
Work with business partners and finance groups to develop revenue and cost forecast accurately, measure the achievements, optimize the cost structure, and share drivers impacting the variations..Partner with business leaders to develop deep understanding of the services offerings, support business case modeling and deep dive analysis on strategic initiatives..
Be able to develop complex, data driven models to support business partners on decision matrix and have a clear point of view and perspective on helping to influence business partners..
Prepare, consolidate, and influence executive presentations, telling the story of business performance and risks opportunities..
Interaction within finance groups such as Controllership, Payroll, Shared Services, and others to effectively track the monthly/quarterly financials..
Required Skills.
Strong financial acumen.
7+ years prior FPA experience.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Experience in services organization is a plus..
Any reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Proven expertise in your area by virtue of which you can contribute to growth of practice.
Subject matter expert who can increase the competency in said technology and act as mentor to other team members..
