DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -----
1) Candidates will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships.
2) The Customer Relationship Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow theclientsbase and build positive relationships with new clients.
3) Candidate should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
4) Candidate should have excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.
5) Candidate will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key clients .
2. Overseeing the relationship with clientshandled by our team.
3. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
4. Keeping clients updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
5. Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
6. Expanding the clients base by up selling and cross-selling
7. Understanding key clientsindividual needs and addressing these.
8. Knowing your competition andstrategicsaccordingly
9. Make a good relation with Clients .
