Key Drivers: Sales Order block Releasing after due validation and ensure proper follow up of credit process. Accurate & timely posting of Collections and Cheque Bounce accounting entries in ERP softwares. Ensure 100% receipt Application against relevant Invoices. Generate monthly account receivable reports. Follow up overdue accounts (e.g., initiate demand letters, outbound phone calls to delinquent accounts, external debt collection, etc.) Monitoring AR overdue balances, co-ordination with CFAs. Assess Creditworthiness of customers, set credit terms,sales order blocking. Ensure monthly reconciliation of the customer balance between ERP and data managed by Distribution team. Sales order booking in ERP, passing entries of AR in books. Incumbent profile: Sales Accounting cum AR specialist with 10 years experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/FMCG/Consumer product industry.
