We have an exclusive job role as below: Java Principal Engineer (Loan Management Systems) -15Y @Mumbai & Bangalore | WFO 5 Days | Key Skills: Java, React, SpringBoot, SQL Role & Responsibilities Design and develop new Loan Origination System / Loan Management System Experience in the Fintech, lending, accounting and/or enterprise software Build API-driven platforms and successful integrations with third-party systems Build, lead, develop and coach teams of top technical talent. Build scalable and reliable technology solutions at a rapid pace. Collaborate with product team and build a commercially successful product. Be responsible to recruit & lead a team of highly skilled software engineers and provide strong hands on engineering leadership. In addition, architect and lead the engineering design and development for building in-house products. Drive agility in execution, create a strong team culture of responsiveness by leading by example and own decision making around prioritization for better predictability. Desired Profile: B.E/B.Tech or any other similar qualification with experience as a tech leader & people manager for at least 9+ years Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality projects on time Experience with building, developing and coaching teams of best technical talent in the Industry Experience with managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality projects on time Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available setup Experience with new open source technologies and their adoption into product development etc.,
