Job Title: Manager Piping and Machinery
Location: Mumbai/Thane
Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in the Marine and Offshore sector

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Piping and Machinery to lead and oversee piping and machinery projects in the marine and offshore industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and project management experience in handling complex piping systems and mechanical equipment installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage piping and machinery projects from concept to completion.

• Oversee design, engineering, and installation of piping systems and machinery for marine and offshore projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and construction departments.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

• Conduct technical reviews and provide solutions for design and operational challenges.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 10-12 years of experience in piping and machinery within the marine and offshore industry.

• Strong knowledge of piping systems, machinery, and relevant industry codes and standards.

• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree or professional certifications in project management or mechanical engineering.

• Experience with international marine and offshore projects.
