Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Product Designer/Production Engineer to lead the production and manufacturing processes in our steel fabrication unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production engineering, product design, and manufacturing operations, with an emphasis on steel fabrication. - Oversee the entire production process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine product designs suitable for fabrication. - Select appropriate grades of steel and other materials based on project requirements. - Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to procure raw materials and manage outsourcing processes when needed. - Develop production schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as required. - Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in exhibition design, production, or related domains. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. - Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools). - Strong knowledge of steel grades, fabrication techniques, and welding processes. - Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
