As an intern in our Distribution Channel team, you will gain valuable experience working on the sale and distribution of real estate bonds to investors, learning the ins and outs of both the real estate and finance sectors. You will be actively involved in:
Assisting with Investor Outreach
Market Research & Analysis
Preparing Investor Materials
Supporting Sales Activities
Tracking Fractional Investment Performance
Exposure to Legal & Regulatory Aspects
Networking Opportunities
What Were Looking For
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented students who have an interest in both real estate and finance. If youre enthusiastic about learning, possess strong analytical skills, and are eager to be part of a team working on innovative investment products, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Management
Strong interest in real estate investments, finance, and securities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience or interest in finance or real estate investments is a plus, but not required.
