Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team at Shanti
Pharmaceuticals in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in managing day-to-day
operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports,
managing schedules, and coordinating with other departments.
Assist in order processing, invoicing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely
delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by addressing their queries and
ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in onboarding new clients by providing necessary documentation and
information.
Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and CRM systems.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Act as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and internal
departments.
Ensure smooth communication for resolving issues related to orders, payments, or
other queries.
Conduct research to gather market insights and assist the sales team in identifying
potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a sales support or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical
industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
