Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve their issues. - Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, etc.). - Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills. - Patience and empathy. - Problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Degree Certification Mandatory.
