The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using MongoDB and Java. You will be responsible for ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end, collaborating with the team to understand and implement new features, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain database solutions using MongoDB. - Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in MongoDB development. - Strong proficiency in Java and its frameworks. - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. - Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
